Every year, thousands of Bigfoot believers, skeptics, and families fill Marienville for what some say the myth, others say the legend, but we can all agree on one thing: our favorite cryptid, Bigfoot. Travelers come from all over the world for a plethora of offerings from our Bigfoot hunt, the contests, the speakers and researchers, and the music. They come for the experience, the fun, and of course, the shopping and eating. Year over year, our vendors are a big part of what makes the weekend feel like a festival, and we are ready to start building the 2027 lineup.

Bigfoot Festival vendor applications open Friday, October 30, at 7 AM Eastern Daylight Time. The festival runs Friday, June 11 through Sunday, June 13, 2027, in downtown Marienville, Pennsylvania.

Spots are limited, and applications will close once we reach a set number of submissions, so make sure not to wait. Applying early does not guarantee a space, but it does make sure your application gets in before it closes.

Start your application here, then chose Craft or Food.

Craft Vendors

  • - $200 per space. A standard space is 10'x10'.

  • - Need more room? Additional spaces cost $200 each. Two spaces (10'x20') are $400.

  • - Electric hookups are available at no extra cost. This can be marked on your application. Electric spaces are limited and not guaranteed, so please only request it if you need it.

  • - Have a request? There's now a comment box on the application. We cannot guarantee requests, but we will carefully consider each request.

Food Vendors

  • - $500 per space

  • - Tell us how big your setup is, and if you're a food truck, which side you serve from, so we can plan the layout.

  • - Let us know how much power your setup needs.

  • - We strongly encourage food vendors to bring a backup power source, such as a generator.

Festival attendance

For All Vendors

  • - Bigfoot items. Every vendor is required to sell at least one Bigfoot-themed item.

  • - Bring your own electrical cords.

  • - Stay all three days. Vendors are expected to stay set up and open for the entire festival. Packing up early can affect your ability to vend with us in the future.

  • - Use vendor parking. Parking details are given to vendors during check-in and are emailed two to four weeks before the festival. Please keep an eye out for those emails and follow instructions.

  • - Clean up after yourself. Bag and dispose of your garbage in designated areas, and please leave your space clean.

How to Apply and Pay

  • 1. Applying is free. Fill out the craft or food vendor application. The application includes an acknowledgement form with the full rules and expectations, which apply whether or not you are selected as a vendor.

  • 2. Check your email. Vendors are selected through a jury process, and space assignments are made by the festival board and volunteer committee. If you are selected as a vendor for the festival, expect to hear back from us approximately 2-4 weeks after applications close.

  • 3. Invoicing. If you are accepted, you will get an email from us, followed by an invoice through Square. Payment is due within 30 days, and extensions may be granted if you contact us before the due date. Unpaid spaces are forfeited and may go to another vendor.

  • 4. Watch for setup and teardown instructions. We will typically reach out to vendors 2-4 weeks prior to the festival with those details.

Please note that all payments are final and spaces cannot be transferred or resold. We are asking that you please be honest about how many spaces you need and your need for electric. Misusing these options to get a "preferred space" can bar you from future festivals.

Watch Out for Scams

We cannot state this enough. Scams are out there and on the rise. We will only contact vendors from our official emails. We will only contact vendors after they are selected from vendors@forestcountybigfootfestival.com for correspondence and billing. If you have a question on the validity of an email or request, please do not hesitate to reach out to us at welcome@forestcountybigfootfestival.com.

We will never offer spaces or ask for payment through unsolicited calls, texts, direct messages, or Facebook comments or messages. We also do not work with third parties or individuals for our vendors.

Questions?

Have general questions? Or, have questions before or after you apply? Start at welcome@forestcountybigfootfestival.com.

The vendor email, vendors@forestcountybigfootfestival.com, is reserved for accepted vendors. This is where we handle correspondence and payment once you have been selected. General questions may go unanswered.

We encourage vendors to please not use Facebook for vendor questions. Our social media is run by volunteers and isn't monitored for vendor messages.

We are excited to see what you all bring to the 2027 Forest County Bigfoot Festival!

Miss Forest County and Bigfoot
